- TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
10. Indemnification

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: Texas, USA (without regard to conflicts of laws).
- Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Travis County, TX under AAA Rules. Class action waiver applies. You may opt out within 30 days by emailing Info@rwgolden.com.
- Small Claims: Either party may bring in small claims court.

The Site may link to social media or additional third party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays due to events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain failures).
14. Termination

- Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect others.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
- Assignment: We may assign rights; you may not.

- Domestic (US): USPS Priority (2-5 days) or UPS
- International: Available to select countries; duties/taxes buyer responsibility
- Tracking: Provided via email
- Lost Packages: RW Golden will reship or refund after carrier investigation
